A new publication on the QlicRice just came online (Smita et al. 2011). The Jaiswal lab contributed to this collaborative effort lead by Dr. KC Bansal's lab at the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR), Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR), New Delhi, India. QlicRice is a web interface for querying the rice abiotic stress responsive quantitative trait loci (QTL) and sequenced candidate gene loci from the rice genome that may be associated to quantitative traits.
